Reservation or something else.

What is the reservation for sc/st in India?

This question is being carving my brain from last 7 hours when I saw this. 

Two no.s are important here. One is 3200 and the another one is 700. My University is practicing reservation here(or whatever I don't know). 

But the concern is if this is concession with respect to reservation, then why there is a huge gap between 3200 and 700. How come this?.  Is sc and st so reserved? 

My second concern is that there are four parameters. These are namely, online processing fee, examination fee, marksheet fee and backlog per paper. 

I request you to see the above photo carefully. If so called reservation is appiled, then it should be applied at all parameters and not just one. 

There is 22.5% reservation criteria for sc and st in India. Mind it's not 100%. So how the examination fee is 0 for one and 2500 for another student in the same college. 

There is some where something very wrong. 

If not now then never. 

I am going protest against this.
