I was looking for the best way to compile the informations related to the courses and I came to this lost love of mine. This blog is entirely on the MA english and related. So, when the world was busy in compiling nonsentical buzz, I was researching on MA English. I have researched so much that now I am myself interested in your genre of study.
Lets start by looking at the top colleges for this course. I would really hate if your masters is not from outside Bihar. So, these are the colleges I have handpicked where I think you should try.
1. JNU
2. DU
3. Ambedkar University
4. BHU
5. JMI

Religion should not hover on your career goals. So, I have picked JMI. Other, it totally depends on you. Now lets look at the seat strength at each of these colleges for MA English.
1. JNU takes 38 students.
2. Du offers seats to around 400 students.
3. AU takes 53 students.
4. BHU takes 77 students.
5. JMI takes 40 students.

Till now, only JNU and BHU are participating in CUET examination. But, I strongly belive that all of them will coming with CUET from the next year. Meanwhile, we should look at the entrance levels of each of the colleges. First CUET exam for MA English,

So CUET has part A and part B. Part A focuses on general ability of the students. Questions are asked from gk,english,reasoning and all. It is simple and something that can be prepared, Part B focuses on your subject knowledge. I will be sharing the question once this year of CUET is done as this is the first year for the exam. Also, I totally recommend going with the previous papers of JNU and BHU when they were doing the exams separately.
